The person will be part of a young and dynamic team and will provide timely and concrete telephone support to customer needs in the post-sale phase. It will also provide technical training to agents and customers by holding the numerous technical events organized on site.
Required requirements:
- Diploma and/or Degree in technical field, preferable Electronic/Electrotechnical address;
- Previous experience in similar roles;
- Excellent knowledge of English and a second language (welcome French);
- Propensity to customer care and teamwork; excellent interpersonal skills.
