More specifically, he/she will be responsible for the following activities:
- Filtering telephone calls, sorting mail and organising the management calendar
- Organising appointments, trips and meetings, for which he/she will then have to write the minutes.
- Taking part in meetings with the Operations Department;
- Preparing, drafting and filing texts and documents.
- Managing management diaries and taking care of their corporate communication.

- Good knowledge of English required.
