Required skills:
- Bachelor's degree in humanities/economics;
- Previous experience in the job matured in APL and preferably in medium/large companies;
- Willingness to use and learn IT tools (knowledge of Linkedin Recruiter, ATS software and Zucchetti will be considered a plus).

The figure, reporting to the HR Manager, will be responsible for the following activities:
- Personnel search and selection, following the entire selection process up to the selection and onboarding of the candidate;
- Managing the training obligations provided for by Legislative Decree 81/08;
- Managing projects relating to non-compulsory training, collaborating with the relevant bodies and monitoring the correct progress and results of the training provided;
- Supporting office activities in the management and administration of internal staff;
- It will also take part in projects related to staff development as well as to the evaluation and enhancement of skills.
