Industrial controller

He/she will carry out a constant verification of standard costs and industrial variances and will define specific KPIs for a precise evaluation of every aspect of productivity in order to identify possible inefficiencies. 
He/she will participate in evaluations related to make or buy decisions, support the industrialisation department and the ownership in the evaluation of investments related to new machinery and plants. 
He/she will support the budgeting, forecasting and business plan process as well as carry out careful margin analysis in the commercial area.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration - management engineering or statistics;
• Proven experience (at least 10 years) in the role of controller in medium-sized to large companies;
• Thorough knowledge of principles related to Industrial Accounting. Expertise in Business and Finance will be considered a plus;
• Thorough knowledge of financial management software (CPM) and Business Intelligence tools;
• Excellent knowledge of Excel;
• Knowledge of the English language.
