Production scheduler - Lean specialist

The resource will be placed within the production team and will be mainly responsible for the following activities:

• Daily scheduling of production orders by checking their correct progress and fulfilment within the deadlines;
• Verifying production efficiency data
• Supporting the Production Coordinator in personnel management;
• Support in the implementation phases of the new MES, especially with regard to training of production staff;
• He/she will also be responsible for supporting the company with regard to Lean Production.
• Required skills:
• Degree in Management;
• Even minimal previous experience in the above-mentioned tasks;
• Knowledge of MES systems and Lean Production techniques;
• Excellent use of Microsoft tools, especially Excel;
• Previous experience in personnel management and responsibility in production contexts will be considered a plus.
