To strengthen our staff, we are recruiting a Sales Area Manager for the development of the Northeast Italy market.

The resource will mainly be responsible for the following activities:

  • Collaborating with the agencies present in the assigned territory by encouraging their good performance and compliance with the assigned targets;
  • Visits to customers alongside the sales network;
  • Continuous training for agents;
  • Analysis and mapping of competitors;
  • Reporting activities, commercial analysis and sales statistics.

Requirements:

  • Economic or technical diploma;
  • Residence in the area of competence and willingness to travel to the assigned territory on a weekly basis;
  • At least five years' experience in the position of Sales Executive with specific agency coordination activities in the territory;
  • Experience in the use of highly computerised sales-side tools (such as CRM, Business Intelligence systems, Linkedin Sales Navigator). Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is an asset.
  • Coming from manufacturing companies preferably operating in the ITS sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, customer orientation as well as analytical and organisational skills complete the profile.
