The resource will mainly be responsible for the following activities:
- Collaborating with the agencies present in the assigned territory by encouraging their good performance and compliance with the assigned targets;
- Visits to customers alongside the sales network;
- Continuous training for agents;
- Analysis and mapping of competitors;
- Reporting activities, commercial analysis and sales statistics.
Requirements:
- Economic or technical diploma;
- Residence in the area of competence and willingness to travel to the assigned territory on a weekly basis;
- At least five years' experience in the position of Sales Executive with specific agency coordination activities in the territory;
- Experience in the use of highly computerised sales-side tools (such as CRM, Business Intelligence systems, Linkedin Sales Navigator). Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is an asset.
- Coming from manufacturing companies preferably operating in the ITS sector.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, customer orientation as well as analytical and organisational skills complete the profile.
