The resource will work in synergy with the technical department, the designers and the sales department and will be responsible for creating and updating user manuals, operating guides, data sheets and product documentation.
It will be your responsibility to translate product specifications into clear, accurate and easy-to-use documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree with a technical focus;
- 2 - 3 years' experience in similar roles;
- Specific experience in drafting technical manuals;
- Knowledge of word processing software and layout tools;
- A background in the HVAC sector will be considered preferential.
Good interpersonal skills, excellent ability to analyse and summarise, ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and, of course, excellent writing skills complete the profile.
