Acquiring new skills and knowledge is how people grow and consolidate their professional development. In addition to standard classroom training courses, we have also established a genuine Academy: a digital platform containing multimedia content that merges specific and digital skills.
Training is a core value for us. It is fundamental to our employees’ ongoing development since it facilitates the acquisition of transferable skills across different areas, ensuring personal growth. Continuous training that respects needs in order to build tailor-made training projects.
On the occasion of Women’s Day, we provided our female staff with 3 vouchers redeemable at Figurella Centres. Highlighting the importance of personal well-being and self-development is very important, especially for women, mothers and wives who often find it difficult to carve out time for themselves.
Thanks to a valuable collaboration with LILT in Vittorio Veneto, we organise regular events to raise awareness among our employees regarding the importance of ongoing prevention. Topics of discussion have included male diseases but also the importance of a healthy lifestyle and diet in limiting the possibility of cardiovascular disease and cancer. Prevention is life.
In addition to our prevention-focused events, we have also begun working with Banca IntesaSanPaolo by adhering to and stipulating an important health policy for all our employees: the Serious Illness Collective Policy that provides compensation in the event of serious events, access to annual specialist visits and free consultations by a pool of medical experts.
Last 28 June, thanks to a collaboration with WelfareCare Benefit Corporation, we set up a fully equipped mobile clinic in our company car park for two days and donated 133 electrocardiograms to our employees and their families, aimed at reducing the prevalence of cardiovascular disease.
Our impact on the environment is naturally linked to our manufacturing identity. We are fully aware of this and, therefore, constantly measure our impacts, assessing the relative opportunities and risks. This allows us to improve through numerous carefully planned initiatives.
We manufacture our products with a great sense of responsibility, conducting a specific study aimed at improving the efficiency of our processes, optimising consumption and constantly reusing materials that can be given new life in the construction of an increasingly virtuous circular economy model.
Consideration of our local region and local community is a key aspect for us, acknowledging our responsibility to tackle aspects that go beyond standard entrepreneurial goals and beyond our borders. We want to work to the benefit of the local territory by contributing to research, inclusion and culture.
