Information, promotion and dissemination are three important keywords when it comes to art and culture. Not only do we provide economical support but also and above all, we support the promotion of events and initiatives that contribute to enhancing the culture of our community.
We support the value of art through established associations throughout the territory that promote museums, artists, creativity and exhibitions. We disseminate this value among our collaborators, who receive discounted rates for the most prestigious museums in the Triveneto region, in addition to other services that promote and support art and culture.

We are Friends of the Theatre. Not only do we support the 2023/2024 theatre season at the Centro Teatrale Lorenzo Da Ponte in Vittorio Veneto, we also strive to forge genuine partnerships as part of a long-term and mutually beneficial project. Not only do we offer our employees theatre vouchers but we also invest in genuine team building that aims to improve the soft skills of our collaborators. The initiatives of the Centro Teatrale Da Ponte have always been geared towards improving the well-being of the community and reinforcing the local identity by promoting the theatre and training courses.
We believe in the theatre because it unites generations, forges a link between people and their territory and history, makes people dream and makes them fall in love.
Sport has the power to unite people like few other things in this world, breaking down all sorts of social barriers. It is a means of getting young people involved, keeping them out of potentially dangerous circumstances, and teaching them to believe in their own skills. This is the spirit with which we support the Asiago Hockey team, a sports club with a history dating back more than a century.
We have supported the Cooperative Sociale San Matteo e San Luigi, a day centre for disabled people in Asiago, for several years. Each year, the centre organises recreational activities for young people with disabilities, such as decorating bottles of wine, which we then give away to our agents during our customary annual convention in December.
Supporting “Happy Dreams” helps bring to life the dreams of children and young people affected by terminal cancer. Escaping from the daily routine of hospitals and therapy, having the chance to enter a carefree zone is something everyone should be entitled to, because that “one day” can be the lifeblood to get through other, less carefree days.
We firmly believe that health is our most important asset and that prevention is the means to preserve it. That is why we are committed to actively supporting LILT, Lega Italiana Lotta Tumori (a cancer research association) throughout the year, not only by purchasing solidarity gifts for our employees at Easter and Christmas but also by promoting a suitable culture, organising events dedicated to raising awareness about prevention.
We have been able to rub shoulders with some of the most respected people in the field of cellular and molecular biology, who have turned science and research into a force for good in their respective fields. Learning about the new frontiers of science through the VIMM (Advanced Biomedical Foundation) in Padua has made us more aware, prompting us to make a small contribution to the service to help fund cutting-edge biomedical research.
The “Social Time Bank” is an initiative of the “Bambini delle Fate” providing young people affected by autism and other impairments with opportunities for inclusion, and creating a positive experience for high school students who are able to approach the social sector within a structured context. This is an opportunity to enjoy a positive experience and gain familiarity with the world of social work. Moreover, their time is recognised with the allocation of training credits.
The charter of values serves as our compass. In orienting ourselves towards the sustainability goals, we must keep in mind our reference values which define the commitments we make and the ideals that guide us. Thanks to the creation of specific focus groups comprised of all employees and led by industry experts, it was possible to identify the values we bring to work every day. The values of individual employees were found to be perfectly aligned with our corporate values, thus affirming a valuable strength for the company.

We manufacture our products with a great sense of responsibility, conducting a specific study aimed at improving the efficiency of our processes, optimising consumption and constantly reusing materials that can be given new life in the construction of an increasingly virtuous circular economy model.
